How long does delivery take?
Delivery occurs within 4-10 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled anytime prior to shipment at no extra fee. Please email support@rugsdr.com to request cancellation.

What is your return policy?
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I request a refund?
Contact our support team via email, and refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2 business days after item inspection.
