Return and Refund

We want you to love your purchase from Rugs Dr! If you are not completely satisfied, here’s how we make it right:

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify.

  • Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Return Process

  • To start a return, email support@rugsdr.com or call +1 (780) 607-0152 with your order number.

  • Our team will provide instructions and a return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us so we can assist with the process.

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
